Additional Amenities: 2 Color Cable TVs, 1 VCRs, 2 DVD Players, Microwave, Open & Covered Decks, Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Charcoal Grill.

No Smoking. Pets Allowed (2 Max) with a $125 Non-refundable Fee per Pet!
Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with a 2-night minimum stay, last minute or off-season only. Linens and Towels are not included.

Payments:
We require a 25% deposit, to hold for a week and the remaining balance would be due within 45 days of check in. The remainder could be paid in several installments or all at once. Cancellations will be handled on an individual basis, as each case is different. If your week is cancelled in a timely manner allowing time for it to be rebooked by another renter, a full refund will be issued.
