Level One: Open Living Area with Queen Sleeper Sofa. Dining Area. Kitchen has a Microwave & Dishwasher. Master bedroom #1 has a Queen bed and a full bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Double beds (in the same room). (bedrooms #2 and #3 share a bath).

Monthly Rates:
Why stay for a week when you can stay for a month or more! This 3-bedroom, 2-bath, Almost Oceanfront Cottage is available for monthly rental from September 7, 2010 to April 30, 2011. Monthly rent for this property is $1250.00. Cable, internet, phone, water & electric is included in the rental amount, with a $225.00 cap, per month. Payments:
We require a 25% deposit, to hold for a week and the remaining balance would be due within 45 days of check in. The remainder could be paid in several installments or all at once. Cancellations will be handled on an individual basis, as each case is different. If your week is cancelled in a timely manner allowing time for it to be rebooked by another renter, a full refund will be issued.
